This is a medium intensity class which is a mix of Yin and Yang Yoga. The class begins with Yang activity which is more mobile, builds to an apex giving the opportunity to link breath to movement to calm the mind and strengthen the body before calming down into Yin Yoga Postures with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. You will leave refreshed and rejuvenated. Ideal class for all levels wanting a nice mix in a relaxing environment. We recommend attending Yoga class a minimum of 3 times per week for

hatha yoga

90 MINUTES

Traditional Hatha Yoga is a method of preparing your body and mind, which strengthens your energy level and gives you the ability to withstand any experience. Your energy body will be able to handle what you call life.

Hatha Yoga is a preparatory method for Yoga. The letter 'Ha' stands for the Sun. 'Da' stands for the Moon. Hatha means the yoga practice that brings the Sun-Moon (or) Pingala-Eeta within you into balance. When Hatha Yoga is deeply understood and practiced, it can even help you overcome certain limitations. However, it is essentially a way of preparing your body for a higher potential.

This dynamic form of yoga will challenge you both physically and mentally. In this class you will flow through your postures, connecting with the breath while building strength in the body and increasing your flexibility. Mentally you will see the chatter in the mind slow down, improving your concentration and creating a greater self-awareness.

Vinyasa Flow being originated from the more traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga is the best suit for more modern Yogi, surprisingly These classes teach you strong postures with breath designed to slowly open your body in a meditative flow leaving you feeling rejuvenated and calm.
